Head transverse; ocellar triangle with base 1.2-1.3 times its sides; frons slightly concave and without median longitudinal keel; oblique furrow between eye and antennal socket absent; eyes with sparse very short hairs, with shallow emargination opposite antennal sockets; occipital carina strong and complete, fused below with hypostomal carina; palpi formula 6-4; scape long and wide, slightly flattened laterally, without apical lobe and basal constriction; first flagellar segment almost straight, not shorter than second segment; mesosoma not depressed; neck of promesosoma short, almost flat dorsally, with pronotal keel in anterior 1/3, sharply raised before pronotal keel; anterior surface of mesonotum subvertical, distinctly raised above pronotum; median lobe of mesoscutum without anterolateral corners; notauli deep in anterior 2/3, shallow in posterior 1/3, complete; prescutelar depression long, smooth, with 5 strong carina; sternaulus deep, long, weakly curved, smooth in most part; prepectal carina strong, and highly developed on mesopleuron; propodeum with marginated areas, and distinct wide round posterolateral lobes, with short and wide lateral tubercles; propodeal bridge absent; fore tibia with several slender spines arranged in narrow band; hind coxa with distinct basoventral corner and weak tooth; fore and mid femora with dorsal protuberances, hind femur without it; hind basitarsus 0.6-0.7 times as long as second–fifth segments combined; vein r arising almost from middle of pterostigma; marginal cell not shortened; 2RS and r-m present; second submarginal cell short; 1m-cu antefurcal; 3CU not interstitial, arising from posterior 1/5 of distal margin of first subdiscal cell; first subdiscal cell closed apically; veins 1a and 2a absent; hind wing vein with 3 hamuli; SC+R and cu-a present; RS unsclerotised, but pigmented in basal half, with very fine r at least partly; M+CU 0.65-0.7 times 1M; m-cu present, oblique, directed toward base of wing; first tergite short and wide, with large dorsope and very small basolateral processes; acrosternite short, 0.15-0.2 times as long as first tergite; second suture deep, wide and straight; second tergite with shallow basolateral depressions; third tergite with deep weakly curved transverse submedian furrows; third and fourth tergites with large posterolateral protuberances; ovipositor longer than metasoma, apex of dorsal valve with 2 distinct and widely separated nodes, apex of ventral valve serrate [1].
