Head subcubical; ocellar triangle with base larger than its sides; eyes glabrous; occipital carina completely absent; postgenal bridge narrow; palpi formula 6-4; scape wide and short, without apical lobe; first flagellar segment weakly curved, not shorter than second segment; neck of promesosoma short, distinctly convex dorsally; pronotal keel absent; anterior mesonotum curving posteriorly and distinctly raised above pronotum; notauli absent; sternaulus distinct, long, almost straight; prepectal carina present; propodeum without marginate areas, usually coarsely reticulate; lateral tubercles small; propodeal bridge absent; fore tibia with several thick spines arranged almost in single row; hind coxa without basoventral corner and tooth, dorsally with long anteriorly curved and short straight posterior spines; hind tibia without spines along dorsal surface; hind basitarsus short, about 0.5 times as long as segments 2-5 combined; fore wing marginal cell shortened; 2RS and r-m-present; 1m-cu strongly antefurcal; 1cu-a postfurcal; first discal cell petiolate; 3CU not interstitial, arising from posterior 1/4-1/5 of distal margin of first subdiscal cell; first subdiscal cell closed; hind wing cu-a present; subbasal cell long; m-cu present, long, strongly curved in distal half and directed toward apex of wing; basal cell widened apically; RS arising from R; marginal cell without r; in male hind wing without stigma-like enlargement; first metasomal tergite wide and short, with large dorsope; acrosternite about 0.2 times as long as tergite; second suture present and strongly curved laterally; second tergite with deep wide lateral subparallel depression connected with suture; ovipositor shorter or slightly longer than metasoma [1].
