Glyptocolastes
Small genus with less than ten species described [1].

Glyptodoryctes Ashmead 1900b (synonymized by Marsh in 1968).

Small size, 2.0-6.0 mm; head narrow behind eyes and somewhat transverse; occipital carina meeting hypostomal carina; first flagellomere longer than second; mesoscutum strongly declivous anteriorly; pronotal collar very short behind head; propodeum declivous posteriorly; metasoma short and broad; basal sternal plate of first metasomal segment less than 0.25 length of tergum, dorsope distinct; fore tibia with single row of 6-10 small stout spines along anterior edge; hind coxa with small but distinct basal tooth; fore wing vein r-m present, first subdiscal cell open at apex; hind wing vein M+CU distinctly longer than vein 1M [1].

Distinguished by its somewhat transverse head and long hind wing vein M+CU (longer than vein 1M). It is similar to the genus Stenocorse but differs in having the frons not excavated [1].
