Unknown.
Head weakly transverse. Ocelli in equilateral triangle. Frons weakly concave and without median keel. Eyes sparsely setose. Occipital carina complete meeting hypostomal carina. Malar suture absent. Postgenal bridge very narrow. Palpi rather long, palpi formula 6-4. Scapus short and wide, with distinct flange along inner apical margin. First flagellar segment longer than the second segment. Mesonotum densely trans-striate, highly and almost perpendicularly raised above pronotum. Notauli deep, complete and crenulate. Sternauli deep, long, straight and smooth. Prepectal carina distinct and complete. Propodeum with distinctly marginated areas, lateral tubercles and propodeal bridge absent. Radial cell of fore wing not shortened. First radiomedial vein strongly unsclerotised, almost absent. Discoidal cell petiolate. Parallel vein arising from middle of apical side of brachial cell. Brachial cell open. Submedial cell of hind small. Medial cell narrow. Fore and middle tibiae with numerous rather dense small spines in band.
Hind coxa small with basoventral tooth. All femora without dorsal blister. First metasomal tergite not petiolate, with distinct dorsope. Acrosternite about 0.2 times as long as first tergite. Spiracular tubercle indistinct, dorsal carina of first tergite present in basal 2/3 only. Second suture distinct, complete, straight. Third tergite with distinct transverse furrow at basal 1/3, separating anterior narrow area. Ovipositor sheath shorter than metasoma (modified from [1]).

It is closely related to Synspilus but it is distinguished by the radial cell of hind wing with transverse vein, the prepectus with 2 lateral subparallel carinae, the scape without strong basal constriction, the hind coxa with basoventral tooth and the striate mesoscutum and vertex [1].
It is similar to Heterospilus but is distinguished by the presence of flange on inner apical margin of scape, the mesoscutum densely trans-striate, and the radial cell of hind wing with very fine transverse vein [1].
