Diagnostic description:
Head cubical, temples broad; clypeus semicircularly emarginate at apex, forming a circular opening with mandibles; occiput marginated; notauli very weak, smooth; fore tibia with a row of 4-8 short spines on anterior edge; both sexes wingless; scutellar disc spinelike: propodeum greatly convex in lateral view; terga 2-5 long, remainder of terga only barely visible; ovipositor strongly exserted [1].
