Small size, 2.0-2.5 mm; head somewhat transverse, occipital carina meeting hypostomal carina, frons slightly excavated; mesosoma short and compact; mesoscutum strongly declivous anteriorly; pronotal collar short and indistinct; propodeum abruptly declivous posteriorly, dorsal face nearly at right angle with posterior face; metasoma petiolate, first tergum distinctly arched in lateral view and twice as long as apical width, basal sternal plate 0.7 length of tergum; fore tibia with scattered row of 10-15 short stout spines along anterior edge; hind coxa without basal tubercle or tooth; fore wing vein r-m absent, vein r twice length of vein 2RS, vein RS+Mb about 4 times length of vein 2RS, first submarginal cell unusually large, first subdiscal cell open at apex, vein 2CU nearly on the same line as vein 1CU; hind wing veins cu-a and SC+R absent [1].
