Diagnostic description:
Small size, 2.0-3.0 mm; occipital carina meeting hypostomal carina; mesoscutum declivous anteriorly; notauli distinct; sternaulus as long as mesopleuron; first metasomal tergum petiolate, length greater than apical width, basal sternal plate about 0.5 length of tergum, dorsope indistinct; fore tibia with row of 6-8 stout spines along anterior edge; fore wing vein r-m absent, first subdiscal cell open at apex; hind wing veins SC+R and cu-a absent [1].
