Head subcubical; ocellar triangle equilateral; frons almost flat, without median keel; eye distinctly and sparsely setose; occipital carina distinct, fused with hypostomal carina near mandible; palpi formula 6-3; scape wide and short; first flagellar segment distinctly shorter than second segment; neck of promesosoma short, with pronotal carina; anterior surface of mesonotum subvertical, distinctly raised above pronotum; median lobe of mesoscutum with pointed anterolateral corners; notauli deep, wide, complete, fused in posterior 1/3 of mesoscutum; sternaulus deep, long and sculptured; prepectal carina distinct; propodeum without lateral tubercles, with narrow propodeal bridge; fore tibia with numerous slender spines; hind coxa without basoventral corner and tooth; all femora with small dorsal basal protuberance in basal 1/3; hind basitarsus slightly shorter than segments 2-5 combined; fore wing marginal cell not shortened; r-m completely absent; 2RS short, present only in basal 1/4; 3CU interstitial; 1cu-a distinctly antefurcal; first subdiscal cell absent; 2-1A absent; hind wing cu-a and m-cu absent; SC+R and RS indistinct; basal cell widely opened anterodistally; first metasomal tergite subpetiolate; acrosternite about 0.4x as long as tergite; dorsope of first tergite small and shallow; second suture absent; second tergite without furrows and separated laterotergite; ovipositor long, its dorsal valve with double node at apex [1].
