Body length 5.0-8.0 mm; oral opening circular, diameter about equal to length of malar space; eye moderate, malar space 1/2 eye height, temple 3/4 eye width; 36-44 antennomeres; occipital carina not meeting hypostomal carina; middle mesonotal lobe swollen at anterior corners and strongly declivous, meeting pronotum at acute angle; notauli scrobiculate, meeting before scutellum in wide costate-rugose area; sternaulus scrobiculate; propodeum with distinct carina forming wide areola; hind coxa with distinct basal tooth; fore wing with vein r-m present, cell 2CU closed at apex, vein 2cu-a present; hind wing with vein M+CU less than 1/2 length of 1-M, vein r-m about 1/2 length of 1-M, weak spectral vein r in cells 1R1 and 2R1; first metasomal segment longer than apical width, apical width only slightly greater than basal width; ovipositor longer than metasoma (as Cyrtonion [1]).
