Diagnostic description:
Small size, 1.5-2.5 mm; eyes large, malar space 0.33 eye height or less; antennae short, less than 22 antennomeres; occipital carina meeting hypostomal carina; notauli distinct, apical lateral corners of mesoscutum often sharply pointed; propodeum with distinct carinae; first metasomal segment short, length not more than apical width; ovipositor shorter than metasoma; hind coxa with small but distinct basal tubercle; hind tibia swollen; fore wing vein r-m absent; hind wing vein M+CU longer than 1M, stigma present of hind wing of male [1].
