Moderate size, 6.7-7.5 mm; first flagellomere longer than scape and pedicel combined; oral cavity wide and oval, width greater than malar space; occipital carina meeting hypostomal carina; mesosoma mostly smooth and polished, propodeum partially rugulose; fore wing with first subdiscal cell closed, vein 2cu-a present, vein m-cu reaching (RS+M)a well before 2RS, thus distinct long vein (RS+M)b present; hind wing vein M+CU 0.33 length of vein 1M, vein m-cu curved toward wing apex; fore tibia with irregular row of 20-30 scattered stout spines along anterior edge, hind coxa with distinct basal tubercle; first metasomal tergum longer than apical width, acrosternum less than 0.25 length of tergum; second metasomal tergum square, longer than third tergum; third metasomal tergum with wide transverse scrobiculate groove; ovipositor longer than body [1].

Similar to Concurtisella but is distinguished by the curved hind wing vein m-cu. It is also similar to Semirhytus but differs in the closed fore wing first subdiscal cell [1].
