Body length, 6.0-10.0 mm; body particularly head and mesosoma flattened dorsoventrally; length of malar space slightly less than diameter of oral opening; eye large, malar space 1/5 eye height, temple 1/2 eye width; 30-47 antennomeres; ocelli moderate, ocellocular distance twice diameter of lateral ocellus; occipital carina not meeting hypostomal carina; pronotum lengthened behind head, rugose; mesonotum not declivous anteriorly; sternaulus weakly impressed, smooth; propodeum horizontal, without distinct carinae; first metasomal segment long and slender, nearly four times as long as apical width, basal width nearly equal to apical width; ovipositor as long as metasoma, sheaths coarsely and densely hairy; hind coxa rounded at base; fore wing with vein r-m present, cell 2CU open at apex, vein 2-1A weak at apex and vein 2cu-a absent, veins 2-CU and 3-CU nearly on a staright line; hind wing narrow at base, cell R very narrow, vein M+CU 1/6 length of 1-M [1].
