Head subcubical or slightly transverse; ocellar triangle with base larger than its sides; eyes glabrous; occipital carina present, reduced ventrally and not fused with hypostomal carina; postgenal bridge narrow; palpi formula 6-4; scape long and wide, without apical lobe; first flagellar segment weakly curved, not shorter than second segment; neck of promesosoma short, slightly convex dorsally; pronotal keel present or absent; anterior mesonotum gently curving posteriorly, more or less distinctly raised above pronotum; notauli present, shallow, very shallow or absent posteriorly; sternaulus distinct, long, almost straight; prepectal carina present; propodeum without marginated areas, lateral tubercles absent; propodeal bridge absent; fore tibia with slender spines arranged almost in single row; hind coxa without basoventral corner and tooth; hind tibia without spines along dorsal tooth; hind tibia without spines along dorsal surface; hind basitarsus 0.7 times as long as segments 2-5 combined; fore wing marginal cell not shortened; 2RS and r-m present; 1m-cu postfurcal; 1cu-a postfurcal or interstitial; 3CU interstitial; first subdiscal cell closed; hind wing cu-a present; subbasal cell short; m-cu present, oblique, directed toward base of wing; basal cell slightly widened apically; RS arising from R; marginal cell without r; in male hind wing without stigma-like enlargement; first metasomal tergite petiolate, narrow and long, without dorsope; acrosternite 0.3-0.35 times as long as tergite; second suture present and straight or absent; second tergite without furrows or defined area; ovipositor usually not longer than metasoma [1].
Petiole of metasoma short, first tergite regularly widened from base to apex, second metasomal suture faint. Wings strongly infuscated with white patches. Vein M+CU of fore wing strongly sinuate. Propodeum without area. Hind coxa with tooth of tubercle anteroventrally. Fore and mid femora with a small blister on their upper sides (like Rhaconotus) [2].
