Head transverse; ocellar triangle with base larger than its sides; eyes glabrous; occipital carina present, reduced ventrally, not fused with the hypostomal carina; postgenal bridge narrow; palpi formula 6-4; scape wide and short, without apical lobe; first flagellar segment almost straight, not shorter than second segment; neck of promesosoma short, lightly convex dorsally; pronotal keel absent; anterior surface of mesonotum subvertical, distinctly raised above pronotum; notauli complete, deep, shallow posteriorly; sternaulus distinct, long, straight; prepectal carina present; propodeum with marginated areas, with small or without lateral tubercles; propodeal bridge absent; fore tibia with slender numerous spines; hind coxa with basoventral corner and tooth; hind basitarsus 0.6-0.7 times as long as segments 2-5 combined; fore wing marginal cell not shortened; 2RS and r-m present; 1m-cu antefurcal; 1cu-a postfurcal; 3CU distinctly curved basally; first subdiscal cell open posteroapically; hind wing 1cu-a present; subbasal cell short; m-cu present,almost perpendicular or weakly curved toward apex of wing; basal cell narrow apically; RS arising from R; marginal cell without r; in male hind wing without stigma-like enlargement; first metasomal tergite not petiolate, wide, with distinct dorsope; acrosternite about 0.2 times as long as tergite; second suture present, usually straight; second tergite without furrows or defined area; third tergite usually without transverse furrow, rarely with such furrow; ovipositor length variable [1].
