Body length 2.0 mm; diameter of oral space slightly greater than malar space; eye small, temple width greater than eye width; malar space about 1/2 eye height; 13 antennomeres; occipital carina not meeting hypostomal carina; notauli weakly indicated anteriorly, absent near scutellum; sternaulus weakly impressed; propodeum without distinct carinae dorsally; hind coxa with very weak basal tooth; fore wing with vein r-m absent, cell 2CU open at apex, vein 2cu-a absent and veins 2-CU and 3-Cu on a straight line; hind wing with veins 1-SC+R and CU absent; first metasomal segment about twice as long as apical width; ovipositor as long as body [1].

It is distinguished from all other genera which have short antenna by the absence of vein cu-a in the fore wing and by the small eyes and consequent large temples [1].
