Head transverse, sometimes cubical, rounded behind eyes, occipital carina present. Antenna long and slender. Mesosoma sub-cylindrical, mesonotum weakly convex, notauli deep, at least anteriorly, sternaulus weakly impressed. Propodeum longer than wide, narrowed posteriorly. Fore wings narrowed, not reaching the end of metasoma, pterostigma elongated, second submarginal cell elongated, vein 3CU interstitial. Legs short and stout, femur often swollen. Metasoma very elongated, 1.5 times head+mesosoma length. First metasomal segment 3 times as long as wide apicaly, narrowed at base. Second metasomal suture faint. Ovipositor curved upward, ovipositor sheaths large, often leaf-shaped (translated from [1]).
