Head subcubical; ocellar triangle with base 1.2 times its sides; frons flat without median keel; eyes glabrous, emargination opposite antennal socket indistinct; distance between antennal sockets wide; occipital carina absent; malar suture indistinct; palpi formula 6-4; scape short and wide, without apical lobe and basal constriction; first flagellar segment almost straight, longer than second segment; mesosoma not depressed; neck of promesosoma short, convex dorsally, unmodified; pronotal keel distinct; anterior mesonotum gently curving posteriorly and only slightly raised above pronotum; median lobe of mesoscutum without anterolateral corners; notauli shallow especially posteriorly, complete, entirely smooth; sternaulus shallow, long, straight and smooth; prepectal carina only distinct ventrally;, fused laterally with lateral carina of prepectus; propodeum without distinctly marginate areas; lateral tubercles and propodeal bridge absents; fore tibia with several thick spines more or less arranged in single row; hind coxa with distinct basoventral corner and small tooth; hind tibia without spines on outer distal margin and with wide area of dense setae on inner distal part; hind basitarsus 0.9 x as long as segments 2-5 combined; vein r arising almost from the middle of pterostigma; marginal cell not shortened; veins 2RS and r-m present; 3CU not interstitial; first subdiscal cell closed apically; vein m-cu of hind wing present, oblique and directed to base of wing; vein M+CU 0.9 times vein 1M; first metasomal tergite not petiolate, wide with large dorsope; acrosternite short about 0.15 x as long as first tergite; second suture very shallow;, twice distinctly curved laterally; second tergite with shallow wide smooth lateral longitudinal depression; ovipositor longer than metasoma, slightly shorter than body [1].
